  1. Is anyone else furious about the county sewage charge? I don't mind paying something, but my cottage is one room, under 300 sq ft, in Seattle. How can they charge me the same as any new house in King County? Also, my cottage is rented to a formerly homeless vet whom I met through the Landlord Liaison Project. (The LLP finds landlords who will accept alternate screening criteria for renters, in order to help people like my awesome renter. It's a great thing.)
